Job Summary

Valley Views ENT Clinic is seeking an energetic full-time patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office!

Responsibilitiesincludeproviding patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls forthe office manager physicians and nurses appropriately. The Registrar also assists with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner. Patient care background preferred.

Scheduleis working 40-hours per week; Monday - Friday

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
Clerical: typing filing scheduling computer phone
Exceptional customer service skills required
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Receptionist/clerical experience required
Patient care background preferred
Experience in aclinical settinghighly preferred.
