What youll do
- Perform general repair and maintenance of building and grounds
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and daily facility requests
- Assist with planning and construction projects including partition walls and layout changes
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing electrical and mechanical systems
- Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles hardware and paint
- Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and DOT safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with all departments
- Work safely with chemicals tools and equipment in varied environments
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 510 years of experience in facilities maintenance (required)
- Basic knowledge of electrical plumbing and carpentry (required)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills (required)
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs climb ladders and work in varied conditions (required)
- U.S. Person status (citizen permanent resident asylee or refugee) (required)
