How You Will Add Value

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning execution and successful completion of complex commercial and strategic projects.

What You Will Do

• Develop comprehensive project plans leading project teams to define scope timelines budgets and resource needs.

• Develop lead motivate and manage high performance project teams fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Proactively identify and mitigate project and product risks developing mitigation plans as needed.

• Clearly communicate project status updates to all stakeholders including clients team members and senior leadership.

• Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to keep projects on track.

• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

• Develop and implement effective project management methodologies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Maintain compliance with corporate Quality Management System policies and procedures including any required SOPs Work Instructions and Templates.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software project management roles.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial Laboratory Information System (LIS or LIMS) deployment projects on time and within budget.

  • Life Science or Clinical Diagnostic industry experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).

• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• The ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Deep sense of accountability for all aspects of a project and the tenaciousness to drive tasks to their completion.

• Exceptional attention to detail time management organizational and decision-making skills

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Aha Azure DevOps Digital Whiteboards).

• A bachelors degree in the Sciences Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
