Job Summary
Planner / Buyer
About the Role
We are looking for a Planner / Buyer responsible for ensuring the availability of materials required for production maintaining healthy inventory levels and sourcing reliable suppliers to optimize lead times and costs. This role plays a key part in supporting manufacturing operations while aligning with financial and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze raw material and supply levels to identify shortages or risks.
Ensure timely delivery and receipt of required equipment and components.
Plan material requirements based on production plans and inventory levels.
Maintain minimum and safety stock levels to ensure operational continuity.
Review and analyze inventory codes status and storage locations.
Prepare detailed reports related to inventory adjustments stock levels and material movements.
Source and evaluate suppliers to reduce lead times costs and supply risks.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material planning and procurement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Logistics Administration Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in material planning or procurement within manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong planning and inventory management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Advanced English proficiency both spoken and written.
