Prepare format compile and upload bid and tender documents in line with company instructions.
Ensure accuracy completeness compliance and consistency of all bid submissions.
Control manage and archive bid documentation including version control and naming conventions.
Request collect and follow up on required bid inputs from internal departments.
Maintain up-to-date standard company documents (licenses certifications CVs policies etc).
Organize bid meetings site visits clarifications and internal reviews.
Communicate bid requirements deadlines and updates to relevant stakeholders.
