Job Summary

Job Description: Planning Engineer

seeking a qualified Planning Engineer who is experienced in EOT to join our team

Primary Responsibilities:

Program Development: Develop initiation programs and detailed plans for all development project stages.
Progress Control: Establish and maintain an overall project progress control system for all phases.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively present project plans to stakeholders and communicate schedule baselines.
Supplier Monitoring: Ensure supplier programs are compliant with detailed plans; monitor supplier rates of progress and draw up action plans for the recovery of slippage.
Analysis & Reporting: Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports. Perform EOT (Extension of Time) and delay analysis using various methods (e.g. window slice impacted).
Project Documentation: Review and understand all relevant project documents and conditions. Ensure all planning and document control reports are prepared in accordance with the Project Control Manual.
Cost & Resource Support: Establish cost baselines and identify the level of resources required for project control procedures. Assist with the analysis of supplier claims.
Project Close-out: Manage close-out planning functions for each project and ensure all data is correctly administered.
