Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to support the expansion of mechanical construction operations across new and existing projects. This role is critical to ensuring high standards of quality safety scheduling and customer satisfaction. The Mechanical Foreman will serve as a hands-on field leader working closely with project leadership and other trades to successfully deliver complex multimillion-dollar projects.

This position offers access to innovative field technology (company-provided iPad and smartphone) and structured technical and leadership training at a dedicated training facility.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Project Superintendent and other trade partners to coordinate work activities.
Oversee assigned mechanical scope including material management and manpower planning.
Enforce and promote jobsite safety and quality standards.
Utilize company technology tools to track progress documentation and productivity.
Supervise mentor and motivate field personnel.
Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets or exceeds project expectations.
Maintain strong communication with project teams to resolve issues proactively.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a field supervisor managing mechanical HVAC or plumbing scopes.
Experience leading multimillion-dollar construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction safety practices and jobsite coordination.
Proficiency in speaking reading and writing English.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Ability to lead by example and uphold company core values including integrity accountability teamwork innovation and growth.

Preferred Qualifications

OSHA 30 certification.
Active Journeyman or Master License (Mechanical HVAC or Plumbing).
Knowledge of IECC ICC and ASHRAE standards as well as local building codes.
Experience using construction technology and mobile field tools.
