Zambrero is looking for an enthusiastic Billing Clerk to join our team in Plano. This full-time on-site position is a fantastic opportunity for entry-level candidates to kickstart their career in the restaurant industry while playing a vital role in our billing and financial processes.
As a Billing Clerk at Zambrero you will be responsible for managing invoices processing payments and ensuring accurate financial records. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you support our operations and help maintain the smooth running of our restaurants financial activities.
We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $40 to $50 along with a supportive work environment that values growth and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process invoices and billing statements
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Maintain financial records and documentation
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Contribute to improving billing processes and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
