Job Summary

Our client is a well-established Vietnamese group in the jewelry manufacturing and retail sector currently seeking an experienced professional to join their organization.

1. Strategy and Standards Management

Coordinate with Creative and Brand teams to develop design and construction standards for each store model.
Establish regulations on construction materials finishing MEP systems security and fire safety.
Ensure construction feasibility and effective cost control.

2. Store Construction Project Management

Develop and manage detailed construction plans for each store including timeline checklist capex budget and resource allocation.
Manage all project phases from site survey technical design construction to final acceptance and handover.

3. Contractor and Supplier Management

Select evaluate and manage construction contractors and suppliers of materials equipment and furniture.
Negotiate construction contracts unit prices schedule and warranty terms.
Monitor construction quality and compliance with contractual commitments.

4. Cost and Budget Control

Prepare monitor and control capex budget for each store model and new opening plan.
Coordinate with Finance and report comparative quotations to CEO.
Ensure construction expenses remain within approved budget and control payments according to progress.

5. Technical Compliance and Standards

Ensure compliance with requirements of shopping centers and landlords.
Ensure compliance with regulations on construction fire safety and labor safety.
Manage approval of technical documents and acceptance of fire safety electrical water and security systems.
Monitor warranty period and handle issues after store opening.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Construction Architecture Engineering or Project Management.
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience leading retail store construction projects in shopping centers and street locations with strong background in interior construction and multi site project management.
Experience with premium or luxury retail chains is a strong advantage.
Strong capability in budget and cost control with ability to read and understand technical drawings and shop drawings.
Proven skills in negotiation and contractor management.
Good communication and cross functional coordination skills.
High level of discipline attention to detail and practical mindset.
Decisive and able to work under high pressure with systematic thinking and continuous improvement orientation.
Willingness to travel and directly supervise construction sites.
