Job Summary

Role Description

As a Dynamics 365 SME you will be responsible for designing implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Finance Operations (FO).

Customer Engagement (CE) and other modules.

You will act as the technical and functional expert ensuring alignment with business processes and driving system optimization.


Key Responsibilities

Solution Design Implementation

Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Finance Operations CE Supply Chain).

Develop integrations with third-party and legacy systems.

System Management

Maintain and upgrade Dynamics 365 environments.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Ensure security compliance and manage user roles.

Project Leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT Finance Operations).

Support deployment phases testing training and go-live.

Conduct impact analysis for upgrades and new features.

Documentation Training.

Create technical documentation test plans and admin guides.

Train end-users and internal teams on best practices and continuous improvement.

Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements.

Advocate for data-driven decision-making using Power BI and analytics.


Required Skills & Qualifications

5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 configuration development and deployment.

Hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps Power Automate Power BI).

Strong knowledge of Finance Operations and/or Customer Engagement modules.


Technical Skills

.NET Azure services (Logic Apps Functions DevOps).

Integration with CDS and APIs.

Education Bachelor degree in IT Business Administration Finance or related field.


Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work independently and in agile teams.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with global deployments and multi-entity environments.

Knowledge of supply chain warehouse management and financial processes.

Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
