The company is a Fremantle-based design practice specialising in resort hotels residential commercial and tourism projects across Australia and overseas. Our work combines thoughtful design with practical buildable outcomes and we value collaboration creativity and clarity in every stage of the process.

We are seeking an Architect or experienced Architectural Graduate / Architectural Drafter to join our growing team. You will contribute to a range of exciting projects including boutique resorts hospitality mixed-use developments and bespoke residential architecture working closely with senior architects and directors.

What Youll Do

Youll be the kind of person who:

Assist in the design development documentation and coordination of architectural projects
Work with project teams through planning documentation and construction phases
Liaise with consultants as required
Contribute to design development and technical detailing
Develop detailed innovative sustainable and functional architectural designs taking into consideration social environmental and economic concerns
Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing standard

Requirements

What You Bring

Were looking for someone who:

Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Architectural Drafting
Very high proficiency in Archicad is important
Proficiency in AutoCAD
5-10 years employment experience post graduation
Strong design and visualisation skills
Good understanding of construction detailing and documentation standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects

Preferred (but not essential):

Experience in hospitality resort or tourism projects

Required Skills:

Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field. 4 years of experience in estimation project costing or a similar role. Proficiency in AroFlo CRM and Groundplan software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Outlook and Word. Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and regulatory standards. Speak English well. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing plans and documentation. Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to various tools and systems.
