As a veteran-owned and operated company we value integrity discipline and community. We are now expanding our dedicated team and are seeking Security Guards to support our growing client base.

About the Role:

Monitor and patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of employees customers and visitors
Respond to incidents and emergencies including security breaches
Enforce security policies and procedures including access control and visitor management
Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
Maintain accurate records of incidents security breaches and other security related activities
Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as needed
Provide excellent customer service to employees customers and visitors

What Were Looking For:

Valid QLD Security Licence (mandatory requirement)
Baton and Handcuff certification is highly regarded but not mandatory
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Excellent observation and reporting skills
Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
A high level of professionalism and integrity
Availability for a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
