This is a full-time summer leadership role for someone who wants real responsibilitynot a typical summer job.
Youll be involved in running day-to-day painting operations managing crews on-site coordinating schedules and solving real problems as they come up. Youll work closely with the owner and gain hands-on experience in operations leadership and execution in a fast-paced environment.
This role is structured supported and demanding. Youll learn quickly take ownership early and see how a service business actually runs.
What youll be doing
Overseeing daily painting jobs and job-site progress
Managing crews and keeping projects on schedule
Communicating with painters customers and management
Coordinating logistics such as materials and timelines
Handling on-site problem-solving and quality control
What this role is (and isnt)
This role is hands-on field-based and responsibility-heavy. Youll be trusted to make decisions and manage real outcomes.
It is not a desk-only role not a casual or part-time job and not an observational internship where you sit on the sidelines.

This is a full-time fixed-term summer role. Workweeks vary based on job schedules and project needs. Training and ongoing support are provided.
