Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital has 43 residency and fellowship programs with 454 residents and fellows. Corewell is the exclusive clinical partner of the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine with more than 1400 Beaumont doctors on faculty.

Scope of Work

The Electrodiagnostic Technologist II has passed the examination by the American Board of Registration of

Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) and proven competencies to obtain a credential in

electroencephalography (R. EEG T.). The Electrodiagnostic II has a minimum of three years experience in performing

electroencephalography. The Electrodiagnostic II provides neurodiagnostic tests for results and a descriptive analysis according to

facility and policy and procedures. Strong well-developed communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Graduation from Electroneurodiagnostic Program Preferred
  • 3 years of relevant experience in clinical EEG testing Required
  • Clinical training in a large hospital with various specialties including Neurology Pediatrics ICU and CCU Required.
  • CRT-Electroencephalographic Technologist Registered (.T)-ABRET Upon Hire
  • CRT-Evoked Potential Technologist Registered (.T) -ABRET Upon hire OR
  • CRT-Long Term Monitoring Technologist Certified (CLTM)-ABRET.
  • BLS is required through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
