To support the rapid and aggressive market growth of GemOne EMEAs operations we are looking for aCustomer Experience Specialist.This position reports to the Customer Experience Manager EMEA. This role plays an integral function in all internal and external customer support needs in the pre-sale sale and post-sale customer life cycle.
Responsibilities
Manage all Order-to-Cash internal and external customer support requirements: order confirmation order entry order logistics and invoicing.
Address customer order inquiries and resolve any complaints.
Assist with all product returns and credits.
Preparing and issuing RFQs and purchase orders to vendors while proactively communicating inventory status and order progress to internal stakeholders.
Assist in the management of inventory inventory stock levels and replenishment orders.
Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience for our dealer partners and end-user customers.
Conduct project management of end-user commissioning and implementation of GemOne technology.
Work cross-functionally with other internal company departments: sales technical support accounting senior management etc.
Assist with Customer Experience improvement projects.
Assist in the post-implementation optimization of the ERP system: refining workflows identifying gaps and ensuring alignment with operational and customer experience requirements.
Support the CX Manager and outside sales team on all commercial & operational needs.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in business related field or equivalent by experience.
2 years experience in a a warehouse or logistics environment
Experience in Customer Experience or Customer Service role preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and Dutch. French is nice to have
A team player with a flexible attitude but also a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.
Strong analytical skills result oriented and a sense of responsibility.
Problem solving attitude.
