Rehab Resources is seeking a passionate energetic and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in a PRN B-3 and outpatient pediatric role providing services in the home and community throughout the Fond du Lac area. This is a consistent PRN opportunity (12 days per week) with after-school hours ideal for therapists looking for flexibility while still making a meaningful impact with children and families.

Role of our pediatric PT

  • Provide B-3 and outpatient pediatric PT services in the home and community

  • Evaluate motor development mobility balance coordination and strength

  • Create individualized play-based treatment plans

  • Support children in meeting developmental milestones

  • Collaborate with caregivers service coordinators and interdisciplinary teams

  • Participate in B-3 team meetings as appropriate

  • Educate families to promote carryover in daily routines

  • Maintain clear timely documentation of goals and progress

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
