Job Summary
Member Services & Sales Associate needed in West San Antonio. This is a full-time opportunity pay rate starting at $16.00- $16.50hourly DOE. Schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:45am - 5:45pm. Once hired permanently schedule will change to rotating Saturdays schedule is 9:15am - 1:30pm Primary responsibilities are to provide high-quality service to current and prospective members identify needs and promoting financial products to build strong full-service relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assist members with opening accounts and related services (debit cards online/mobile banking deposits etc.).
Ensure accurate documentation and account setup in accordance with policies and procedures.
Process requests such as membership updates address changes wires check orders ACH overdraft loans and safe deposit activity.
Support consumer loan applications by gathering information and routing requests.
Conduct follow-up and outbound member calls to strengthen relationships and promote additional services.
Maintain accurate lobby rate displays and support cross-training within the department.
Provide backup support to cash operations and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Must have high school diploma or GED
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
Strong communication customer service and basic math skills.
Ability to follow procedures prepare simple correspondence and work effectively with members and team members.
