We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls greeting guests and managing the front desk operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and guests warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage the switchboard effectively.
- Handle inquiries and provide information in a courteous manner.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
