We work on different projects including launching new services enhancing existing offerings and expanding our user base.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and Associate Key Account Management - Expansion to join our team in Vietnam. You will manage and expand relationships with our important accounts creating growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Negotiate contracts and renewals to secure long-term partnerships
- Stay informed about market trends competitive landscape and industry developments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM systems
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and team members
- Exceed assigned sales targets
- Be an primary contact for assigned main accounts addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- 2 years of experience in account management
- Proven experience in meeting sales targets
- Demonstrated negotiation
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
