Job Summary

Collaborate with senior engineers to design develop and test software solutions for agricultural applications using Python.

Build and optimize database-driven applications ensuring efficient data management retrieval and performance.

Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.

Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges demonstrating initiative and a problem-solving mindset.

Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality scalable code that meets business needs.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

5 years of software development experience with Python as the primary programming language.

Proven experience (3 years) working with databases such as SQL MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB including designing schemas writing queries and optimizing performance.

Strong technical foundation in Python frameworks (e.g. Django Flask) and database integration.

Knowledge of cloud technologies preferably AWS for scalable and distributed systems.

Familiarity with Java cloud-native solutions or distributed systems is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision showing self-motivation and a proactive approach.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a diverse global team.

Passion for continuous learning and applying emerging technologies to address real-world agricultural challenges.
