Product Owner

As a product owner within our digital impulse team you will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will not just manage a backlog; you will orchestrate the growth strategy of digital solutions ensuring that every feature delivered creates maximum value for our clients. Your ability to make decisive trade-offs and lead with a practical execution mindset will be key to driving meaningful digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision roadmap and growth strategy;
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery;
• Translate business needs into epics user stories and clear acceptance criteria;
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team;
• Lead sprint planning reviews and retrospective sessions from a product perspective;
• Make decisive trade-offs regarding scope budget and timeline

Qualifications :

What were looking for

Must-have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a product owner in digital transformation contexts;
• Proven expertise in backlog prioritization techniques (e.g. moscow kano wsjf) and roadmap planning;
• Fluent in both french and english (spoken and written);
• Deep experience with agile delivery (scrum kanban safe);
• Proficiency with backlog management tools such as jira and/or azure devops;
• Proven experience in a second specialisation such as UX/UI data analytics business analysis presales or sector advisory;

Softskills: Leadership Negociation Visionnary thinking Proactivity Client-oriented Quality-driven.

Nice-to-have:

• Education: Academic background in business management it engineering or equivalent;
• Certifications: Certifications in pspo cspo safe po/pm or equivalent;
• Sector knowledge: Experience working across both private and public sector organisations or industry-specific expertise (e.g. finance public sector);
• Product analytics: Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g. google analytics power bi).
