Job Summary
Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Very good ability to express yourself in German
At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service
Completed commercial or technical education
Enjoy dealing with people and have a feeling for their needs
Structured work style as well as ambition and optimism
Strong cooperation and communication skills negotiation skills
High degree of resilience and sense of responsibility
Enjoy continuous training (SAP IT product knowledge)
Experience with SAP is a plus
Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of SAP CRM PLM and lead generation in the B2B area would be an advantage
