Job Summary
- Conduct a detailed on-site survey of all infrastructure equipment in our current company building including numbering and labeling
- Establish a comprehensive database for the numbered equipment and process existing data
- Prepare the infrastructure for an interface project to link the database with periodic control and maintenance forms
- Develop a system for easy equipment identification and access to historical records during periodic inspections
- Provide regular reports on project progress and collaborate with relevant departments.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a university Engineering or Architecture faculty (preferably a 3rd or 4th-year student)
- Interested in building automation systems facility management and digitalization with well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel) detail-oriented and systematic in approach
- Capable of teamwork responsible and possessing effective communication skills
- Able to work in our office 3 days a week.
