Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Engineer to join our team in Movenpick El-Gouna Egypt. As a key member of our leadership team you will drive innovation lead engineering initiatives and shape the future of our organizations technical capabilities.
- Develop and implement strategic engineering plans aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Oversee multiple engineering projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Manage budgets resources and timelines for engineering initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and process improvements
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Present technical strategies and project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and methodologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering required; Masters degree preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
- 10 years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects
- Strong technical expertise in relevant engineering fields
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Advanced project management and budgeting skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in resource allocation and team management
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory standards
- Experience with implementing innovative engineering solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisive actions
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
