Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Taiwan Intern Program and be HR Business Partner for all other Interns in Taiwan
Design and implement the approach in regularly collecting and following up the work/connection progress between the Interns and their Mentors and Manager
Actively communication with the internal counterparts to encourage the close connection between the Interns and other Taiwan colleagues.
Define the future opportunities in terms of Entegris engagement and talent acquisition from campus.
Assistant in the planning and implementation of Entegris talent development workshop including but not limited to training needs and effectiveness assessment training preparation through the partnership with external consultant as well as the logistic supports in workshop implementation.
Take the ownership inoptimizingEntegris Taiwan talent blueprint dashboard in leveraging the system resources for transferring talent data from information to insights through digital approaches.
Prepare Word Excel and PowerPoint documentsbasedon the requirement.
Coordinate Y2027 Entegris campus project.
Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or similar is preferred.
Interest in Human Resource Operations especially the aspiration to pursue talent development related career opportunities aftergraduation.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
FamiliarwithPower BIor related data visualization system is preferred (Nice to have).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
Excellent follow-through initiative and attention to detail.
Requires English oral and written communication skills.
Havingtrack records in working with team to express innovation and creative thinking ability.
