Job Summary
Pause Wellness Center is seeking licensed or pre-licensed clinicians to join our collaborative group practice in Northborough MA. This is a fee-for-service position with a clear pathway to full-time salary and benefits as you build your caseload.
What We Offer:
- Earn per session based on CPT codes (approximately 50% of collected revenue for pre-licensed 55% for fully licensed)
- Clinical supervision available for pre-licensed clinicians
- Steady referral flow and all administrative support (billing scheduling credentialing)

- Conduct therapy sessions with individual clients (couples/families based on training)
- Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Build and maintain a consistent caseload
- Participate in clinical consultation and team meetings
- For pre-licensed clinicians: Attend regular supervision toward licensure
- Masters degree in a related field
- Active MA license (LMHC LICSW LMFT) OR pre-licensed status
- Strong clinical skills with diverse populations
- Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a caseload
- Comfortable working with insurance-based clients
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth
