- Provide compassionate and effective therapy to clients helping them navigate their mental health journey.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated clinicians to deliver comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Engage in regular team meetings to discuss cases share insights and enhance therapeutic approaches.
- Offer clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists fostering their professional growth and development.
- Stay informed about the latest research and techniques in mental health therapy to provide the best care possible.
- Masters degree in a related field.
- Active MA license (LMHC LICSW LMFT) OR pre-licensed status.
- Strong clinical skills with various age groups and presentations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a caseload.
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth.
- Scheduling flexibility that works for you and meets client demand. (Evening availability accelerates caseload growth).
- Will consider candidates without outpatient experience who are motivated to learn and have strong clinical skills.
