Introduction
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented German Speaking Customer Specialist for an Accommodation Platform to join an international support team representing a leading global accommodation this role you will act as a key contact point for German-speaking customers supporting them throughout their booking journey and ensuring a seamless high-quality experience at every stage.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer care enjoy problem-solving and are motivated to grow within a structured multinational work environment that values professionalism collaboration and continuous development.
Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking users via phone and email

Assist customers with accommodation bookings modifications cancellations and general inquiries

Handle post-booking support complaints and service-related issues in a professional and empathetic manner

Identify customer needs quickly and deliver clear accurate and effective solutions

Document all customer interactions precisely in internal systems and CRM tools

Follow internal guidelines quality standards and data protection procedures

Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately to ensure timely resolution

Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to maintain high service levels

Actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere and customer-first culture
Qualifications

Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken

Good command of English (minimum B2 level) for internal communication

Previous experience in customer service hospitality tourism or call center environments is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced structured environment

Comfortable using multiple systems and digital tools simultaneously

Flexible availability including the willingness to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
