As Branch Supervisor youll guide daily operations support a motivated team and build trusted relationships with customers and vendors. Youll work hands-on to connect strategy with action encourage learning and growth and keep the branch running safely and smoothly.

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Branch Supervisor in our Arlington location. This location sells residential (plumbing &HVAC) products.

Position Details

Reports to Tony Dixon
Direct oversight of 2 to 3 associates

Responsibilities:

Manage branch performance including sales operations and financials
Support and grow a capable engaged team
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs
Oversee pricing inventory and logistics to keep things running efficiently
Promote a safety-conscious work environment
Help team members develop skills and prepare for future opportunities

Qualifications:

2-3 years of management preferred
5 years of plumbing or HVAC knowledge
Ability to build a team
Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions
A collaborative coaching-focused leadership style
A track record of building team trust and consistency
Clear calm problem-solvingeven when things move fast
Familiarity with process improvement and day-to-day execution
Insight into the local market and what matters to your customers

Pay Range:

$24.86 - $37.31

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
