Job Summary

Trenching Laborer (Hand Dig) EV Charger Install (Palo Alto CA)

Pay: $22/hr Job Type: Temporary / Project-based Location: Palo Alto CA

Were hiring a dependable laborer to help complete a portion of trenching for an EV charger installation. This section must be hand dug and will also include removing a few bushes to clear space for new EV chargers and an ADA path.

Key Responsibilities

Hand dig trenching in designated areas (no heavy equipment for this portion)
Remove and dispose of small bushes/landscaping as directed
Haul soil/debris and keep the work area clean and safe
Follow site safety rules and supervisor instructions

Requirements

Able to perform physical labor outdoors (digging lifting bending kneeling)
Reliable transportation to the job site in Palo Alto
Comfortable using basic hand tools (shovel pick rake wheelbarrow)
PPE-ready (work boots required; gloves/eye protection preferred)

Nice to Have

Previous trenching landscape labor or construction site experience
OSHA 10 (not required)
