Job Summary
This opportunity is designed for Class A drivers who want dependable regional freight consistent weekly income and a clear schedule Experienced drivers can start earning immediately while new CDL graduates have access to paid one on one training
What You Will Run
- Regional dry van and refrigerated freight lanes
- Consistent weekly miles between 2100 and 2300
- No touch freight on established routes
- Predictable schedule with home time every two weeks
- 34 to 48 hour reset at home
Compensation
- Weekly earnings from $1300 to $1600 based on experience
- Mileage based pay after training in a from to CPM range
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Detention layover and additional stop pay
For New Drivers
- Paid mentor training lasting 4 to 6 weeks
- One on one trainer assigned from day one
- Clear transition from training to solo driving
Trucks and Support
- Assigned automatic tractors model year 2020 and newer
- APU equipped trucks for comfort
- No slip seating
- 24 hour dispatch and driver assistance
- Rider and pet options available after training

Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age of 21
- Recent CDL school graduates accepted with 120 or more accredited hours
- No recent major violations or preventable accidents
