We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning estimation budgeting and financial control for construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets while maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
This position is open only to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates bills of quantities and project budgets
Monitor project costs variations and contract valuations
Support procurement tendering and contract administration activities
Evaluate contractor claims change orders and final accounts
Provide regular cost reports and financial forecasts to project stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods contracts and cost control practices
Proficiency in estimating and cost management tools
Excellent analytical communication and organizational skills
