Job Description

Supervise daily production operations and manage associates and team leads
Ensure compliance with Quality System GMP company policies and labor regulations
Work closely with Quality and Process Engineering to maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and visual aids
Ensure all production lines are equipped with updated work instructions and acceptance criteria
Drive production output to meet schedule efficiency yield and KPI targets
Perform line balancing and manpower planning to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
Ensure proper material identification segregation and traceability
Investigate non-conforming products and implement corrective and preventive actions
Enforce workplace safety PPE usage ergonomics and 5S standards
Prepare production and performance reports for management

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills to work effectively with production engineering and QA teams
Good understanding of production processes quality control and GMP practices
Knowledge of ISO 13485 cGMP FDA or medical device regulations is an advantage
Experience with electrical or optical products is a plus
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
