Are you fluent in Russian We are looking for Game Presenters to join an international team in Bucharest delivering engaging live gaming experiences to online players worldwide.
About the Role
As a Game Presenter you will host and manage live games from a professional broadcast studio. You will be the on-screen face of the game ensuring smooth gameplay and a positive entertaining experience for players.
No previous experience is required full paid training is provided in a technologically advanced studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Present live games in a professional and engaging manner
- Interact confidently with players while on camera
- Maintain game flow and follow operational procedures
- Create an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere during live sessions
- Continuously improve performance and presentation skills
Work Schedule
- 3-shift system with monthly rotation
- 5 working days / 2 days off
- Shifts may include weekends and public holidays
- Work intervals of 1.5 to max. 2 hours followed by a 30-minute break
- 40 hours per week in total
Salary & Bonuses
Salary
First 9 months
- 4124 RON net (828 EUR net)
- 7049 RON gross (1418 EUR gross)
After 9 months
- 5022 RON net (1008 EUR net)
- 8585 RON gross (1727 EUR gross)
Performance Bonus
- After 3-month probation and after up to 3000 RON net performance bonus per month
Shift Allowances
- 25% for night shifts
- 10% for weekend shifts
- 100% for public holidays
Relocation & Visa Support
Candidates already living in Bucharest
- No relocation or accommodation support
Candidates living in other Romanian cities
- One-time relocation bonus:
2850 RON net / 4872 RON gross paid with the first salary
(employment must be active on the payment date)
Candidates without Romanian citizenship
- Full relocation package including:
- Shared accommodation in a 2-bedroom apartment
- Utilities fully covered
- Flight ticket to Bucharest
Requirements
- Fluent Russian with working knowledge of English
- High school diploma
- Valid passport and availability to relocate to Bucharest
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
- Ability to stay calm focused and accurate under pressure
- Confident energetic and comfortable on camera
