Job Summary
1EM7303 Web/Mobile Test Automation Engineer
Giza Egypt (EG)
We are looking for a Mid-Level Quality Assurance AutomationEngineer to join our team and support the testing of Web Mobile and API-basedapplications.
The ideal candidate will contribute tobuilding test automation frameworks from scratch maintaining existingautomation solutions and ensuring high product quality through robustautomated testing.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain automation frameworks for Web Mobile and API testing
- Automate UI tests using tools such as Selenium and Playwright
- Automate API tests using RestAssured and Postman
- Automate Mobileapplications using Appium
- Execute automated testsuites and analyze test results
- Collaborate withdevelopers product owners and DevOps teams to improve quality
- Integrate automation testsinto CI/CD pipelines
- Identify report and trackdefects with clear reproduction steps
- Contribute to continuousimprovement of QA processes and best practices
- Participating inperformance testing activities is a plus
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering Computer Science Mechatronics or related field.
- 2 years of experience automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of testautomation concepts and best practices
- Proficiency in at least oneprogramming language:
- Java or JavaScript /TypeScript or Python
- Hands-on experience withany of the following:
- Selenium
- Playwright
- Appium
- RestAssured
- Postman
- Experience automating WebAPI and Mobile applications
- Familiarity with CI/CDpipelines
- Understanding of Agile /Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with performancetesting tools (JMeter.)
- ISTQB certification
- Experience working inhybrid teams
