Summary
Buckle (NYSE: BKE) is a publicly traded specialty fashion retailer. We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Accountant to join our team to help maintain accurate financial records prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations
- Maintain accurate financial records including the preparation of daily monthly and quarterly journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare analyze and distribute monthly financial reports to various business units.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Perform ad hoc analyses as requested and work on special projects as needed.
- Research new accounting pronouncements and the related impacts on Buckle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Audit Support
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with all banking relationships. Act as liaison between banking institutions and store leadership.
- Support internal and external audits as a key contact for the auditors.
General
- Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Retail or ecommerce experience preferred.
