Sales Business Development Representative (BDC)
In this role you will be the primary connection between our customers and their future vehicle. Youll guide customers through the early stages of the buying processanswering questions about our dealership available vehicles and purchasing optionswhile delivering a professional and engaging customer experience. Youll also gain hands-on knowledge of the latest vehicles and automotive technology.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and schedule sales appointments
Respond promptly to internet phone and live-chat inquiries using established scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information
Present preliminary financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule or who did not show for appointments
Maintain accurate and consistent CRM documentation daily
Participate in team meetings and process-improvement sessions
Build positive working relationships with sales teams and dealership leadership
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer-service-focused role
Strong dependability and attendance
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Prompt professional and courteous communication style
Enthusiastic and motivated personality
Strong computer and CRM skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
