Key Responsibilities
Maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents and ensure safety
Conduct routine patrols of buildings offices and surrounding areas
Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees and visitors
Respond to alarms incidents and emergency situations in a calm professional manner
Enforce site policies procedures and safety protocols
Provide courteous assistance and information to employees and visitors
Complete detailed incident and activity reports as required
Qualifications
Strong professionalism reliability and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to remain alert and composed during evening hours
Prior security experience is a plus but not requiredwe provide training
Backgrounds in customer service hospitality retail or administrative roles are highly encouraged to apply
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
