We are partnering with a renowned culinary academy in Saudi Arabias Eastern Province to hire a Junior Chef Instructor a unique opportunity for talented chefs who are eager to transition into education inspire future culinary talent and develop as educators in a highcalibre setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver and assist with interactive culinary classes that emphasise handson learning and realworld techniques.
Prepare kitchen stations tools and ingredients in advance of lessons and demonstrations.
Support students during practical training sessions ensuring safe and structured learning.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and maintain clean efficient and hygienic kitchen environments.
Apply and reinforce a wide range of culinary techniques from basic to advanced.
Contribute to academy workshops culinary demonstrations and internal events.
Collaborate with senior chef instructors and respond to mentorship and feedback.
Engage in ongoing learning to refine your instructional approach and teaching confidence.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Culinary diploma or degree from an accredited culinary school.
35 years of professional kitchen experience ideally with exposure to international or specialised cuisines (e.g. baking pastry hot kitchen).
A strong foundation in kitchen operations food safety mise en place and cooking techniques.
Experience in mentoring onthejob training or classroom support is a strong asset.
Familiarity with lesson planning and culinary curriculum delivery is preferred.
Eagerness to grow as an educator trainer and mentor.
Team player with excellent communication patience and a positive learning mindset.
