Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the security team.
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit incident reports and shift summaries.
- Train and mentor security staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational security requirements.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a supervisory security role.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Relevant certifications in security or safety management are preferred.
