Job Summary
A welcoming and well-organised secondary school in Leicestershire is seeking an Early Career Teacher of Spanish to join its Modern Foreign Languages department from January 2026.
The MFL department is collaborative and well led with a strong focus on supporting ECTs through shared planning mentoring and practical classroom strategies.
The Role
You will teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4 delivering lessons that build confidence in communication and cultural understanding. Schemes of work are clearly structured and ECTs are supported in developing effective classroom routines and assessment strategies.
You will:
Teach engaging communicative lessons using shared resources
Develop confidence in behaviour management and assessment
Receive regular mentoring and coaching
Contribute to enrichment such as language clubs or events
