The Role
You will teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4 delivering lessons that build confidence in communication and cultural understanding. Schemes of work are clearly structured and ECTs are supported in developing effective classroom routines and assessment strategies.
You will:
Teach engaging communicative lessons using shared resources
Develop confidence in behaviour management and assessment
Receive regular mentoring and coaching
Contribute to enrichment such as language clubs or events
