A successful and inclusive secondary school in Wolverhampton is seeking a highly organised HR & Compliance Administrator to support staffing recruitment and safeguarding processes from January 2026.
This role is central to ensuring the school meets all employment safeguarding and regulatory requirements while providing a professional HR service to staff.
The Role
You will work closely with senior leaders and the business team to manage recruitment vetting and compliance processes efficiently and accurately.
Key duties include:
Managing safer recruitment checks and maintaining the Single Central Record
Supporting recruitment processes and staff onboarding
Maintaining personnel files and HR records
Supporting absence monitoring and compliance reporting
Ensuring policies and procedures are followed consistently
