We are seeking a skilled Offset Printing Machine Operator with hands-on experience on Heidelberg 6 Color offset printing machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality print output while ensuring efficiency safety and minimal wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Heidelberg 6 Color offset printing machine
Set up jobs according to production specifications
Ensure color consistency registration and print quality
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Minimize paper and ink wastage
Follow safety quality and production standards
Meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

Minimum 35 years experience operating Heidelberg 6 Color machine
Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and color management
Ability to handle different paper stocks and print jobs
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Team player with a responsible and professional attitude
