Development of a module allowing the automatic assignment of files to social workers on the basis of prioritized and configurable criteria in particular:

Availability of SAs
Geographical location
Number of files in progress by AS
Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs)
The objective: to optimize the distribution of the workload and reduce manual assignments.

2. Recovery from Recipients and Partners
Development of a collection management and monitoring tool covering the entire life cycle of receivables:

Monitoring of receivables and their status
Reminder management (configurable)
Payment Plan Management
Stopping payments in social software
Liaison with the social software (feeds quality codes)
Mail management (direct mail)
Management of debtors identification data
Collection workflows (reminders abandonments litigation etc.)
contact with partners via workflow (liaison to an external platform)
Case-by-case view and consolidated reporting
The aim is to centralise automate and make the collection process more reliable.

3. Registry of applications
Development of a register of requests including:

Encoding and request management
printing and electronic management of the documents produced
Automatic creation of the request in the social software
Objective: to ensure the traceability of requests
