Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Security Implement install configure and troubleshoot Antivirus and EDR products.
Create and manage antivirus and EDR policies rules and exceptions.
Handle incidents troubleshoot issues and resolve assigned tickets via remote or on-site support.
Manage endpoint security consoles server administration malware analysis vulnerability remediation and incident handling.
Provide analytic reporting and maintain endpoint security suite across the organization.
Collaborate with end-users cross-functional teams management and software suppliers.
Manage incidents and service requests in IT Security Encryption and Antimalware technologies.
Conduct functional analysis recommend security improvements and respond to incidents such as intrusions malware unauthorized access insider threats and data loss. Patch Management (HCL BigFix)
Perform day-to-day patch distribution and OS deployment using HCL BigFix. Troubleshoot BigFix issues and understand deployment architecture.
Ensure compliance of hardware with operating environment standards remediating discrepancies. Provide data for asset reporting and compliance monitoring.
Manage patch/release cycles ensuring efficient and transparent deployment. Identify monitor and remediate vulnerabilities affecting compliance and change management.
Provide subject matter expertise on workstation-related issues (OS applications network GPO). Update process and procedure documentation for End User Technology and Service Desk. Perform assigned tasks independently with accountability.
