Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the required actions related to the customers Complains & equipments field technical Failure/Break down.
- Performing the integrated and multi-phased installation based on the team leader instructions.
- Follow up & assure PPM jobs.
- Follow up the factory center response to get any required technical support.
- Technical Support to his colleagues.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Up to date technical knowledge.
- Factory level training (Company has to schedule the needed training)
- Can respond technically to the field problems.
- Capable of providing technical support to the field engineers & technicians.
- Capable to provide the daily activities feedback & reports to the team leader.
- Work under pressure.
- Emergency calls up to customers needs follow up & do maintenance to customers machines anytime as top priority
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent technical qualifications in Biomedical engineering or equivalent
- Fresh graduated only .
- Working knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Excellent in English both speaking and writing are a must
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Resident of Irbid City.
