Litigation Solicitor
Salary: 45000 - 60000

Are you a driven Litigation Solicitor looking to join a well-established reputable law firm where your expertise will be valued and your career development prioritised Our client a respected legal practice in the Basildon area is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team and deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
- Caseload Management:Handle a diverse range of litigation matters on behalf of clients managing files independently from initial instruction through to resolution
- Client Service:Provide high-quality client-focused legal advice and representation building strong relationships and maintaining excellent communication throughout
- Business Development:Contribute to the growth and development of the litigation department through excellent client service and potential business development activities
- Compliance & Quality:Ensure all work meets regulatory standards and adheres to the firms quality assurance procedures and professional obligations
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Solicitorwith a current practising certificate
- Minimum 2 years PQEin litigation (candidates with 2-6 years PQE are encouraged to apply)
- Demonstrable experience handlingcivil litigation matters
- Property disputes experienceis highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency incase management systemsand legal technology platforms
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
