| Duties and Responsibilities | ХAchieving & exceeding Business goals and targets of business loan & loan against property productХCreating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions profitability and employee development.ХManaging and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities. ХIdentifying the need of sales training analyzing changing market trends channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM.ХEnsure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.ХRecruiting and Retaining high performers. ХEnsuring highest levels of employee relationship motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. ХEffectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.ХPortfolio quality - Managing & supporting Debt Management Services of the acquired portfolio |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | ХPrior & relevant experience in loans against / purchase of commercial properties & business loansХDemonstrated success & achievement orientation. ХExcellent communication skills.ХStrong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. ХDemonstrated ability to lead from the front. ХExcellent relationship skills. ХStrong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.ХExceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.ХWorking knowledge of computers.ХExperience in handling direct team. |
