Location. Santa Fe Indian Health Center. Total requirement. Six Registered Nurses. Immediate need. Three additional Registered Nurses. Contract term active through July 31 2029. Current period. Option Year One. Period of performance. August 1 2025 through July 31 . 8 hour shifts. 8:00am to 4:30pm. 8:00am to 5:00pm. 11:30am to 8:00pm. 12 hour shifts. 7:30am to 8:00pm. Coverage includes weekdays and weekends. 40 hours per week. 2080 hours per of Nurses provide direct patient care across all age groups. Deliver nursing care based on assessments and provider plans of care. Apply the nursing process to develop implement and evaluate care plans. Meet physical emotional spiritual and sociocultural patient needs. Assess clinical conditions and take immediate action in urgent situations. Initiate emergency measures when a provider is unavailable. Operate and monitor clinical and emergency equipment. Administer medications and therapeutic treatments. Perform point of care testing. Perform phlebotomy. Document all care and patient status in the medical record. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams. Rotate to other clinical units during emergencies. Provide independent nursing care and decision making. Follow IHS policies procedures standing orders and conduct standards. Maintain professional appearance competence and certifications. Current American Heart Association BLS. BLS must remain valid beyond 30 days from start. PALS required. ACLS preferred. Additional specialty certifications preferred based on qualifications. Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Bachelors degree in nursing required. Active unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory. Minimum 36 months nursing experience. Minimum 12 months specialty experience aligned with assignment. Resume must clearly support required skills and experience. No operation of government vehicles.
