Ribbons & Reeves are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Science Graduate to join the Science department at a thriving and supportive secondary school as a Science Tutor. This is an exciting opportunity for a Science graduate who enjoys hands-on lab work and wants to gain valuable School-based experience.
Science Graduate About the role:
- Delivering targeted academic support in Science lessons
- Running small group interventions to raise attainment and build confidence
- Supporting classroom teachers with lesson preparation and resource creation
- Helping students with exam preparation and coursework support
- Encouraging curiosity problem-solving and independent learning
Science Graduate What were looking for:
- A 2:1 or above in a science-related degree from a top 20 UK University
- A keen interest in practical science and laboratory work
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to support pupils and staff
- Previous experience in a School or with young people
