Brand Consumer Commercial & Insights

Join Hasbros Marketing organization and help shape how iconic brands connect with consumers around the world. Marketing interns work on real hands-on projects across brand strategy consumer insights marketing operations content creation and go-to-market execution- supporting how our brands are built launched and experienced in market.

The Internship Experience

Hasbros Summer Internship Program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates- paired with the opportunity to make a real impact.

Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer youll contribute to work that matters- whether thats shaping a brand story improving a process uncovering consumer insights supporting a financial initiative or helping bring a major event or communication to life.

In addition to hands-on project work interns are supported through:

• Hasbro 101 and business immersion sessions
• Professional skills and project management workshops
• A formal mentorship program
• Leadership speaker series and networking opportunities

By the end of the program interns leave with tangible accomplishments a strong understanding of how their work creates value and the confidence that comes from having made a real contribution.

Marketing Teams You May Support

This internship supports consumer-facing commercial marketing teams across Hasbros portfolio.

Undergraduate interns may be placed on teams such as:

• Brand & Category Marketing shaping brand strategy product positioning and go-to-market plans
• Global Consumer Insights translating consumer behavior trends and research into actionable insights
• Marketing Operations improving processes tools and workflows that power effective marketing execution
• Commercial & Performance Marketing supporting campaign execution optimization and measurement tied to business outcomes

Placements are matched based on interests skills academic background and evolving business needs.

What Youll Work On

Depending on your team assignment you may:

• Support brand insights or operations teams on projects tied to real business goals
• Analyze consumer campaign or market data to uncover trends and opportunities
• Help manage tools trackers reports and processes that support marketing effectiveness
• Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution across brands and regions
• Collaborate with partners across Creative Design & Development Product Finance and Retail

Program Details

• Interview Timeline: February April
• Program Dates:
• Start: Early June (target June 8)
• End: Late August (target August 21)
• Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Compensation:
• Undergraduate Interns: $28.00 $37.00/hour
• Final rates communicated during offer process
• Location: Internship locations vary by role and team. Most opportunities are hybrid or in-office and based in one of Hasbros core hubs or satellite offices including:

The hourly rate for this position is $28.00 to $37.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience skills location and market conditions. Additionally employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
